Nepenthes edwardsiana, heat tolerant selection

First image is of the parent plants. Last three photos are of the exact two plants available. They are part of my highland-to-lowland selection program and have grown for two years under night temperatures no lower than 65F, with stretches of night temperatures in summer no lower than 75F. 

Arguably the absolute king of the highland nepenthes, edwardsiana has been a holy grail plant for the last few decades and remains quite pricey for good reason. Slow-growing with an insane peristome, these plants have a reputation for requiring cooler night temperatures for growth. My seedling selection aims to grow heat-tolerant strains of these plants and will be easier than the many clones or other seedlings that you see grown under standard highland conditions. They are still being grown under humidity domes so please acclimate them if you are planning to grow them in the home environment.
